I am now in my 33rd year as a basketball coach. The first 27 years I coached at the collegiate level (22 as a head coach) in the United States. The past two seasons I served as the top assistant with the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League. My first year with the Legends I was a part of history coaching along side Hall of Famer, Nancy Lieberman, the first female to coach for a men's NBA affiliated team. In my second year I served under coaching legend, Del Harris, a former NBA Coach of the Year with 35 years of experience in the league.

While at the collegiate level my teams qualified for the post season 12 times and I was fortunate enough to be selected as the National Coach of the Year in two different seasons.

I served as the National Coach in India for the past 2 1/2 years. During that span I was the head coach of the senior national team, trained the younger national teams (U14, U16, U18), held numerous coaches and player clinics, traveled throughout India evaluating players, produced player development videos, and worked at the grassroots level to enhance basketball in India. Our senior national team rose to respectability on the international level, highlighted by our victory over China in the 2014 Asia Cup in Wuhan, China.

I have now taken on a new challenge accepting the position as Head Coach of Northwest Nazarene University, a NCAA Div. II school outside of Boise, Idaho.
